  • We start by helping your nervous system find regulation. Through somatic grounding techniques and mindfulness practices, you'll learn tools to manage overwhelming moments while we work on deeper healing.

  • Using psychodynamic therapy, we'll examine how your past—early experiences, relationships, unmet needs—may be contributing to your current struggles. Anxiety and depression often have origins we haven't had the chance to understand or process.

  • When trauma or painful experiences contribute to your symptoms, we use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help your brain process what it's been holding onto. This reduces the emotional intensity and helps create lasting change.
